Whilst it’s true that nothing beats a stroll around a garden centre on a sunny day, picking out your purchases, you should perhaps view this “stroll”, as a fact-finding mission. Not only may you be paying to much, but the sad fact is, most garden centres can no longer afford to carry large amounts of stock, preferring to have display models, which you see, decide you'll have one, only to be told that you'll have to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery!
You'll also sadly find that after your purchase you become just a number and after sales service or advise is difficult to find, our customers are assured of this first and foremost.
On 90% of our features, delivery is from stock, so the only delay is the actual physical act of shipping the item to your door! On most fountains you will receive your items within a week of us receiving your order (some much sooner), on special, very large or commissioned pieces, delivery may be 28 days but, we will let you know a precise delivery schedule as soon after ordering as is humanly possible.
